Or to Taste is a book about food, memories, and stories. Over the course of 6 months, I interviews 12 strangers about their favorite dishes and recreated them according to their instructions. Somewhere between these stories and the making of these dishes is a feeling and a sentiment that food communicates beyond the sum of their parts.
